• 4+ years of OOP experience

• Experience working in SQL – strong advantage

• Experience with web technologies and cloud programming – strong advantage

• Hadoop experience – strong advantage

• Data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis experience – advantage

Job description:

An ETL position for marketing campaign optimization in the finance and retail industries. Responsibility in delivering social behavior analysis solution in those industries. Working in a big data environment using SQL and data manipulation tools.

Requirements

• Analytical skills, statistics and quantitative reasoning skills.

• Must have proved background with SQL

• Background in modeling, statistical analysis, data mining – advantage

• Capability of scripting – advantage

 

Algorithmic Software Engineer

Job description:

Experienced software developer with algorithmic background, to design and build the algorithmic core of our big data analysis software, in multidisciplinary, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• BSc or higher degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics or Physics.

• Java fluent with 3+ years’ experience

• Experience working in SQL

• Proven code design experience in a large-scale project

• Analytic approach and algorithmic thinking

• Experience in developing algorithms-rich software (including in academy) – strong advantage

• Working with very large data sets – strong advantage

• Hadoop experience – strong advantage

• Data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis experience – advantage

 

Product manager

Job description:

Pursway is looking for an experienced, talented and hands-on Product Manager for algorithm-intensive big-data analysis software.
This person will have responsibility for helping define new product releases by understanding both market requirements and competitive positioning. We are looking for blend of business and technical savvy that can create product vision and direction. The Product Manager will be the champion and driver of Pursway’s product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to development monitoring.

• Gather and evaluate product requirements by working with engineering, sales, and clients, including visits to customers and prospects

• Manage the process of prioritizing future product content

• Create and maintain the product roadmap

• Ensure cross-functional participation around on-going product issues

• Create and maintain specific product documentation – product requirements, product use cases flow, product specs, and competitive analysis

• CAssist in internal training on new products and features

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software product management

• Computer Science or related technical degree, MBA preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience working for or with American organizations

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter, with ability to multi-task, and work under pressure

• Working experience with marketing departments – an advantage

• Experience as a product manager for a analytics software – a major advantage

• Experience as a product manager for a CRM software or DB marketing software – an advantage

• Experience as a product manager for a big data company – an advantage
