David Ellenberger – Chief Executive Officer

Dave is a seasoned technology executive focused on scaling operations to meet industry demand. Prior to Pursway, his roles included Managing Director of G2 Capital Advisors and CEO of 170 Systems Inc. where he tripled revenues and led the company to a profitable acquisition by Kofax plc. Prior to that, Dave was also CEO of Vividon Inc. until its merger with Starbak Communications Inc. Before joining Vividon, Dave was President of DataSage Inc. where he completed the sale of the company to Vignette Corporation for $500 million.  Dave holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago, an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S.E.E. degree from Iowa State University. Dave has been an outside Director on multiple Boards, including Ascential Software (ASCL).


Guy Gildor – Founder, Chief Technical Officer

Guy leads all  the algorithm, technological and engineering research and development efforts at Pursway. Guy started his career as a senior leader for an elite IDF intelligence unit. Since then and prior to Pursway, he has managed software R&D efforts at multiple software startups specializing in complex data mining and algorithm research. Guy earned his Master’s in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University with his thesis work under the supervision of Professor Arnon Avron on the subject of “Fuzzy Abstract Set Theory.”


Ran Shaul – Founder, Chief Client Officer

Ran is a marketing and customer relationship management veteran who currently leads Pursway’s project strategy and implementation for large global organizations.  He has led hundreds of market segmentation, social network analysis, customer profitability/lifetime value analysis, behavioral modeling, etc. projects for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Pursway, Ran was the founder and CEO of Synergy, a CRM consulting company that was acquired in 2010 by NESS (NSTC, NASDAQ). Ran has a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from Tel Aviv University.


Tracy Linne – VP, Sales

Tracy leads Pursway’s new business sales, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in building high performance teams in high growth software companies. Prior positions include executive and sales leadership roles at companies including Brainshark, ARC, PeopleSoft and Symantec, in addition to several start-ups. Tracy is an active participant in CRM professional associations and is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Eitan Horwitz – VP, Customer Analytics

Eitan leads Pursway’s analytics team and is responsible for client implementations leveraging Pursway’s technology to deliver high-end analytics capabilities and business value. Eitan has over 10 years of experience in closing the gap between data and business needs, using advanced analytics to inform business decisions by translating data to actionable and measurable KPIs. Eitan’s prior roles include managing CRM programs for a leading Israeli Telco and as a CRM Consultant advising many local and global enterprises. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Ruppin College.
